Crossroads Communities Outreach Office

Crossroads Communities is offering outreach services every Wednesday and Friday morning from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at our office located at 146 W. Grant St, Lebanon, Oregon 97355.

We have people at the Lebanon Drop-in Center at The River Center located at 3000 S. Santiam Highway here in Lebanon on Mondays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM where breakfast is served from 9:00 am to 10:30. 

Our outreach personnel can also be found at the Lebanon Soup Kitchen located at 170 E Grant St on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:40 to 5:30 PM. 

During these sessions we aim to connect with and support specific community members by providing information, assistance, and resources that may benefit them. We invite community members to join us and take advantage of the services and support available.
