Crossroads Communities provides services through multiple offices, housing sites, and partnerships across Linn and Marion Counties. Each location reflects our commitment to meeting people where they are and supporting long-term stability.
Lebanon Area Services
Our Lebanon office serves as a central hub for outreach, case management, and community collaboration. Through a no-wrong-door approach, individuals are connected to housing stability resources, partner programs, and direct support. Offices include an outreach office located at 142
West Grant Street in Lebanon, our transitional home called Crossroads Connections, and our affordable housing community, Cascade Cottages.
Marion County Outreach
Crossroads Communities’ Marion County office works alongside local partners such as the Department of Human Services and Santiam Community Healthworkers to connect individuals and families with stabilization services, coordinated referrals, and community-based support. This location helps extend Crossroads’ mission beyond Lebanon while maintaining strong local partnerships.
Resident Support Services
Crossroads Communities provides on-site resident support services at Applegate Terrace Apartments in West Salem and Applegate Landing Apartments in Lebanon. Through resource navigation, stability support, and community engagement opportunities, our team works directly within the housing environment to help residents maintain stability and strengthen connections to local services.

Katie & Craig had the opportunity to volunteer at the annual Family Tree Relief Nursery Great Winter Gathering at the Albany Expo Center. It was a great 2 hour event for families in need of resources. They did a lot of great networking with community partners, as well as getting to help some of the community members and their families during an especially difficult time of year for so many. We were grateful for the opportunity to attend!

Halloween at Applegate Terrace
CRC threw a spook-tacular Halloween bash for the residents of Applegate Terrace Apartments on October 31! Fourteen residents—and a handful of their excited young relatives—joined in on the fun. We loaded the table with cookies, cupcakes, candy, and a bubbling bowl of delicious sherbet punch. One generous resident even brought a whole pan of homemade Rice Krispie treats full of chocolate chips to share!
Guests got creative with pumpkin painting, coloring pages, and a festive sticker-and-paper craft.
The candy-corn guessing game cast its spell—after many chilling guesses, one clever little girl guessed the enchanted number and captured the prize!
Laughter, treats, and creativity filled the room—everyone had a fang-tastic time!
Community Outreach Summary – Lebanon Fire Station Event - 10/04/2025
Joshua Gibson and I hosted a Crossroads Connections information table at the new Lebanon Fire Station. The turnout was exceptional, and we were able to share information with a large number of community members. Our presence was well received—many people expressed appreciation for the services that Crossroads provides to the community.
Having our client, Joshua, participate was especially meaningful, as it gave the community a firsthand look at the positive impact Crossroads has in helping individuals rebuild their lives. The event itself was very engaging—the firefighters and EMTs gave live demonstrations, including medical response interactions. Overall, it was a fun, successful, and valuable outreach opportunity for Crossroads Connections.
