Get Help for your Feet and other Health Issues!
At the Applegate Landing Apartments Office September 26th from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM All are welcome at our mobile clinic. No appointment needed. First come, first-served. We can see you for foot pain, numbness or injury, or for general health issues like infections, cold/flu symptoms, vaccines, medication refills and more. Please bring your insurance card, if possible. If you do not have insurance and don’t qualify for Oregon Health Plan (OHP), financial arrangements can be arranged. Samaritan Health Services treats patients regardless of their ability to pay.

Presented by Crossroads Communities Guest: Samaritan Health Services Regional Health Education Hub When: September 3rd, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Location: First Christian Church 170 E Grant St, Lebanon, OR 97322 The Regional Health Education Hub is a partnership between multiple community organizations working to streamline health education programming across Benton, Lincoln, and Linn Counties. Our purpose is to support community members and clinicians by providing easy access to a range of evidence-based health education programming options.
Crossroads Communities is offering outreach services every Wednesday and Friday morning from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at our office located at 146 W. Grant St, Lebanon, Oregon 97355.
We have people at the Lebanon Drop-in Center at The River Center located at 3000 S. Santiam Highway here in Lebanon on Mondays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM where breakfast is served from 9:00 am to 10:30. Our outreach personnel can also be found at the Lebanon Soup Kitchen located at 170 E Grant St on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:40 to 5:30 PM. During these sessions we aim to connect with and support specific community members by providing information, assistance, and resources that may benefit them. We invite community members to join us and take advantage of the services and support available. Feel free to reach out to us for more information or to schedule an appointment. CRC will be hosting a bingo game for Applegate Landing residents May 7th from 3-4 PM in the Fireside Room.
